About Wishbullet
Wishbullet is a crowd-moderated platform where people submit, discuss, and vote on ideas directed at companies, products, websites, celebrities, and politicians. The platform tracks whether entities act on community requests through a transparent Open Status Protocol (OSP), and grades them on responsiveness with an accountability scoring system.
The primary success metric is “ideas acted on” — when an entity acknowledges, plans, or ships something the community requested, with evidence verified through community challenge and council review.

Data Methodology
Accountability Score (0–100): Weighted composite of response rate (30%), response speed (20%), ship rate (20%), dead letter avoidance (15%), and SLA compliance (15%). Computed daily. Entities need 5+ ideas to be rated.
Grades: A+ (95+), A (85+), B+ (78+), B (70+), C+ (55+), D (40+), F (<40).
Open Status Protocol: Ideas progress through OPEN → ACKNOWLEDGED → PLANNED → SHIPPED (or REJECTED). Status changes require evidence, are subject to community challenge, and undergo council review if disputed.
