Restore Touch ID alongside Face ID on iPhone

Face ID is great for some situations (handsfree unlocking) but Touch ID was faster, worked when wearing masks, and worked in the dark with eyes closed. Bring it back as a side-button reader so users can pick — Face, Touch, or both — instead of removing the choice.
